Kill, Baby... Kill! (1966) ***

I first saw Mario Bava's Kill, Baby... Kill! (1966) in 2007. On a rewatch, it's an atmospheric gothic chiller with a lot of style and influence but also suffers from a repetitive, at times meandering, nature and stiff performances. The plot is pretty straightforward and most of the characters aren't terribly interesting, but those Bava set pieces are divine.
