Ghastly gothic goodness. This version of the Elizabeth Báthory legend is filled with beauty and grotesquerie in equal measure. Jorge Grau's Blood Ceremony (aka The Legend Of Blood Castle) (1973) is a moody, handsomely shot film with fine performances and a strong score.
