UHF (1989) ****

A childhood (and forever) favorite (I still have my original VHS copy!), UHF (1989) may not make me laugh uproariously like it did when I was a tween, but it will always hold a special place in my heart and continues to entertain 35 years on. As a lifelong "Weird Al" fan, I'll always be biased toward the film, but it's one that still makes me laugh, brings a smile to my face, and is super quotable among those in the know—plus I love a story where the scrappy underdogs come out on top.
